Steps to Awareness: World at peace

By Joshua Hayward

An event purely of peace is coming to the Rockies. A festival whose 'soul' concern is peace will take place in Telluride, Colorado, May 30, 31, and June 1. It will be the 16th Annual "Steps to Awareness," with the monumental theme of "World at Peace." In the beautiful, peaceful Telluride environment, Colorado will stand up to be counted among those who feel world peace is humanity's true direction into the times which lay before us.

Telluride also has quietly hosted "Steps to Awareness" for each of the past 15 years. "World at Peace" is an enormous theme, so we hope to reach out to the Western Slope, to the Front Range, and all over the state to Coloradans, and to anyone, anywhere, really. We want to touch your lives and be touched by you. "Steps to Awareness" is a chance to get away from your everyday environment and get into yourself and others like you. If you are asking yourself, "What can I do for peace?", then come to Telluride to find out.

"World at Peace" will focus energy on interactive workshops geared toward generating peace on all levels. There will be interesting, informative lectures focusing on peace. Lots of live music and of course food will abound with the yearly "Taste of Telluride." If all that were not enough, Steps to Awareness will feature more vending booths than ever before. Psychic and spiritual readings and healing will be available, as will as all kinds of alternative health products, and very cool original jewelry and clothing.

Commitments are already lining up from presenters, but we have decided to withhold names until we are fully booked - so you will just have to wait until next month for our sparkling list of facilitators, lecturers, and musicians. Also scheduled for the May issue of Connections, "Steps to Awareness" will give a full list and complete schedule for "World at Peace."

You may wish to purchase a ticket in advance for all of the presentations (entry to the festival itself is free). You receive entry to ALL workshops and lectures for just $75. Advance ticket sales for combined workshop and lecture package may be purchased online, at
TellurideTicket.com/organization.

Feng Shui For Dummies?

Feng Shui Training Coming to Montrose

By Ann-Marie Holmes

So many choices; so many directions to go these days with the selection of books in the Feng Shui arena. One volume says this is the right way and another proclaims something that completely contradicts the other approach. What is right? What is wrong? What happened to clarity?

In classes I teach, the main response from students to all this diversity is confusion! How do we walk through all this diversity and really learn Feng Shui?

First of all, Feng Shui, a 3,000-year-old art and science, is a vast area of study with many points of view. I recommend to clients and students to focus on one approach.

Become familiar and comfortable with one school, then perhaps use others to support the base of your understanding. I recommend the school affiliated with Professor Lin Yun. Many good books and schools have grown around Professor Lin’s commitment of teaching westerners for 20 years. One good book is Feng Shui For Dummies by David Daniel Kennedy, a clear but simple best seller.

Second, the study of Feng Shui is so much more than reading a book. It is a way of life. Feng Shui is addressing living a natural life, once again, where we are living side-by side with our partner, nature. This study encourages a deepening of our sensitivity; our awareness of the world around us. Professor Lin has suggested we have 100 senses in our body; we need to wake these senses up to perceive more around us. Applying Feng Shui principles to your home on regularly is a good tool in Feng Shui skill-building, paying attention to sound, movement, color, and light at home and in nature.

Third, this study has always been an oral tradition with apprentice/mentor associations furthering the tradition. In my own process of becoming a consultant, my most beneficial times of learning were in classes with the teacher and through exchanges with the other students. I recommend attending classes as a way to truly ground the information and make it real for you.

(Ann-Marie Holmes has been a Consultant/Teacher for 13 years. She consults internationally, has published in magazines, and presented and taught on TV, radio and at conferences promoting these healing concepts. Her Feng Shui training program, celebrating its 10th anniversary, is a result of 15 years of study with Professor Lin Yun. Ann-Marie will offer the first session of the training in Feng Shui in Montrose on May 4th. Go to the web site www.fengshuiguild.com and look under "Schools" for more details on the program. Meditations: Soapbox of the President

By Larry Lemser

Where to start? There are so many significant issues that are worthy of our attention at this time. Foremost, our prayers are being sent to all of those participating in their own way in the great effort to promote world peace. May God bless you all. The Whole Life Network is devoting the March and April Connections radio program to an exploration of what each of us can do to preserve or restore world peace.

Did you attend the Expo and The Gathering of Women on March 8? If you missed out, you really missed out. Those we talked to reported having a truly inspirational experience. The Whole Life Network owes a debt of gratitude to all of our Expo volunteers and supporters. There are too many names to list, but we would be remiss if we failed to publicly thank David and Tamara Hauze for the great music.

Elizabeth Roscoe, long a loyal member of our organization, returned in January from a prolonged personal journey across four countries on the African continent. Her experience has motivated her to create a "people to people" program of service entitled International Partnerships: African Network. Further she has enlisted the help of The Whole Life Network to administer her work. Please call Elizabeth (249-0397) to learn how you can help.

In cooperation with the Soul Garden, the Friday Night Forum speaker series is being reintroduced. With the Soul Garden as host, we will invite the public to attend free programs designed not only to enlighten and inform, but also to allow members and neighbors a chance to visit socially. Look for the "What, When, Where and How," in future Connections.

All About Herbs: Demystifying Earth’s Gifts

Springtime in the Rockies

By Alan Joel

Just what we’ve all been waiting for, so let’s be healthy to enjoy it! Allergies may be more of a threat in damper climes, but some of us succumb, no matter. Here are some ideas as to what may be the cause of our reactivities, and ways to prevent them, plus what we can do in the thick of an acute allergy attack.

Most allergies are caused by:

1.) Excess in the liver, gall bladder, or colon as too much congestion from accumulation of waste products, undigested proteins, starches, and fats either in the blood or in the colon and small intestine, or blood that is toxic, unhealthy, or stagnant from the effects of our eating habits and limited exercise over the long winter months.

2.) Deficiency of our organs of assimilation: spleen, stomach, small intestines, and kidneys that can be caused by what we eat and how we eat, as well as generalized loss of energy and life force as we deal with stress in our lives and less Sunlight, less Joy, and less Appreciation of the gift of life, even in troublesome times.

Here are some simple, at home techniques and easy to get products that anyone can do for either of these categories.

As an alternative to taking aspirin everyday for thinning our blood, whether as a spring tonic or for routine prevention of strokes and heart problems, there is an Edgar Cayce herbal formulation known as formula 545, that is very capable, tasty, and having many other benefits as well. One to two teaspoons a day, and it’s quick and easy.

Another Cayce remedy, Glycothymolene, appearing much like an old-fashioned mouth wash, has so many health benefits, I can’t list them all. This serves as a preventative and a first aid application remedy. One of my favorite ways to use it: fill an atomizer or nasal spray applicator that has been cleaned out, with full strength Glyco, and spray it into the nasal passages liberally, while snorting inward. Also spraying down the throat, while inhaling vigorously, which can both be done many times a day, as often as needed, and will not become habit forming like medicated nose drops. In fact, this has proven to be highly effective in “un-hooking” people from such attachments to nasal sprays. Through the use of Glycothymolene in these ways, the lungs are cleared and moistened, excess mucus is transformed, which open the breathing passages, and the sinuses are cleaned and revitalized. For smaller children, we can dilute with equal parts spring water, and that half and half solution works well as eye drops for swollen and itchy eyes, or dry and scratchy eyes.

One other procedure for this month’s article is the use of casteroil packs, also in the Cayce tradition, as an external cleansing and rebuilding process for any of the vital organs of the body. Particularly effective when done on the liver, gall bladder, stomach, colon, or kidneys, this home healthcare method when done properly in amazingly effective in clearing toxins, pollutants, stagnant blood, tumors and cysts, just to mention a few benefits.

For information of how to do the casteroil packs or how to order these products, when not readily available at your local health food stores, email us at http://wholelifenet.org/newsletters/info@prosperity-abounds.com.

Ridgway Integrative Medicine

Joints

By Tracy Kurek, PAC

Our joints take a beating every minute of every day. How do we keep them healthy to support us so we can do all the things we want to?

Diet is probably the most important; including avoiding sugar, corn, wheat, caffeine, pop and junk food. All these are toxic to our bodies and create inflammation which can lead to deterioration of bone, synovial fluid (which lubricates our joints) and discs.

Things to do to avoid the inflammatory process include eating lots of fruits and vegetables - a total of nine servings a day with each serving measuring one-half to one cup. You may say, "The that's all I will be eating!" That's the idea!

Essential fatty acids such as EPA, DHA and GLA are great anti-inflammatory agents. These are found in fish - particularly cold, non-farm raised, salmon, tuna, halibut and mackerel - and nuts and seeds such as almonds, pecans, walnuts and cashews.

Drink lots of water to flush out toxins - about 3-5 liters a day of purified water, with a fresh slice of lemon to add taste if you choose. Also drink green tea, which has anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant properties, and tastes yummy!

Exercise is also good, depending on your current condition - if in doubt, check with your doctor. Walking 30 minutes a day 5-6 days a week to get the heart rate up to 120 beats per minute is a good goal. Remember that sweating is good! Bicycle riding, swimming, tennis, hiking, aerobics classes and cross-country skiing are other great activities.

After you exercise, stretching is mandatory to keep the joints limber. If the muscles, tendons and ligaments don't get stretched out they can pull on the joints in the wrong fashion, causing pain and discomfort. If you do not know how to stretch you may want to attend a yoga class or see a certified Pilate’s instructor, they are trained to help people stretch properly.

Most importantly, Have Fun! Taking care of our bodies can be so fun and the benefits are amazing.

Chiropractic Adjustments For Companion Animals

Morningstar Veterinary Clinic Release

Aches and pains may be part of the natural aging process, but we want to keep our companion animals as comfortable as possible. The application of veterinary chiropractic care is most commonly considered for patients with muscle-skeletal problems, especially those individuals with back and neck pain. In addition to relieving pain, chiropractic adjustment enables the patient’s whole body to return to normal activity. The idea that veterinary chiropractors are "putting bones back into place" is not entirely accurate. Modern chiropractic research shows that, following an adjustment, a variety of changes occur in the patient’s body: manipulated joint(s) returns to normal motion, and both blood flow and nervous conduction increase in the affected area, reducing inflammation and pain and normalizing function. Not only are the muscle-skeletal structures in the area of the subluxation affected by the resulting impedance of the blood flow and nerve conduction, but the structures "down stream" from the problem area can also be impacted. An example of this is sciatica* irritation of the sciatic nerve manifesting as numbness, weakness, and/or pain radiating down the leg. The common causes of sciatica are found in the spine (not the leg), and once the spinal problems are corrected the symptoms in the leg subside.

While problems with the muscle-skeletal system are the most common maladies treated by chiropractic, disease within the internal organs can also benefit from treatment. Problems ranging from seizures to vomiting have successfully treated with chiropractic adjustment.

Case History: *Buffy* Smith
Buffy is a 14-year-old neutered male Lhasa Apso. Like many older pets, he occasionally suffers with muscle-skeletal pain. When Buffy was 2 * years old, he was involved in a motor home accident, fracturing the portion of his pelvis involving the left hip joint. Buffy*s pelvis was also luxated from the sacrum. After a few weeks the little Lhasa recovered well from his injuries, though he subsequently developed arthritis in the injured hip.

Shortly after his seventh birthday, Buffy had several episodes of back pain caused by degenerating discs in his spine. Unfortunately these painful episodes continued to recur. In June of 2002, Buffy was seen for his first chiropractic evaluation and treatment. He responded well to his adjustments and home massages. Buffy’s owner has become well acquainted with the areas that get sore and tight, and when he starts to get uncomfortable, she’ll massage him, often relieving his discomfort and avoiding a trip to the vet.

At Christmastime, Buffy starting scooting on his haunches and acting uncomfortable. His anal sacs were infected and subsequently treated, but his scooting persisted. After correcting a sacral subluxation through chiropractic, the discomfort and scooting subsided.

Health In The Stars

Part III-Health Problems Shown by the Moon in the Astrological Natal Chart

By Laurel Ann de Pontbriand

The fire signs, ARIES, LEO,SAGITTARIUS are the least fertile. The moon in Leo is particularly apt to be slow to get pregnant. If this moon sign in Leo is afflicted in the 5th house of children, it shows the woman unlikely to have children at all.

The water signs, CANCER, SCORPIO AND PICES, are the most fertile. A water sun and moon combination can practically get pregnant by seeing a cute baby. Without birth control, any well-aspected moon can produce a full house.

Earth signs, TAURUS, VIRGO AND CAPRICORN, are the next most fertile.

Air signs, GEMINI, LIBRA AND AQUARIUS come in third.

There is also another point to be mentioned. All moon positions partake of the cross-that is, all cardinal moons, ARIES, CANCER, LIBRA, CAPRICORN, can produce any of the cardinal type problems. An Aries Moon can also have Capricorn bone and joint problems for example.
The fixed moons, TAURUS, LEO, SCORPIO, AQUARIUS can partake of other fixed sign problems. The Taurus Moon for example can also have Leo heart problems, Scorpio sex problems or Aquarius circulatory problems.

The mutable signs GEMINI, VIRGO, SAGITTARIUS, PICES all are prone to multiple illnesses. The Gemini moon prone to lung problems can also have Virgo intestinal problems, Sagittarius hip displacement or Pices sore feet.

ARIES moons point to migraine headaches (usually caused by certain types of food intolerance) and sinus troubles. There can be difficulties with the mouth and tongue, and if the individual smokes or uses snuff, an afflicted Aries moon can produce very nasty results as well as constant pain and a postnasal drip. There is usually lactose intolerance and if the moon is afflicted, (negatively aspected), a child may have to switch to soy or goat milk. Fevers can be quite high. All types of dental problems and jaw infections come under Aries.

What on Earth can we do?

Western Slope Women's Wisdom Counsel

By Heidi Comstock

Women respond to stress differently than men do. Fortunately, we have each other.

As Laura Cousino Klein, PhD, explains, "fight or flight" is an ancient survival mechanism left over from the time when we were chased across the planet by saber-toothed tigers. Now the researchers suspect that women have a larger behavioral repertoire than just "fight or flight."

In fact, Dr. Klein says it seems that when the hormone oxytocin is released as part of the stress response in a woman, it buffers the "fight or flight" response and encourages her to tend children and gather with other women instead. When she actually engages in this tending or befriending, studies suggest that more oxytocin is released, which further counters stress and produces a calming effect.

Again, this is not about women versus men; it is about women giving their all to restoring balance. We are so far off balance now, this is the midnight hour, and the stakes are so high, that it will take a significant shot in the arm at first to infuse the system with a pendulum momentum swinging back in the right direction. A billion hearts focused on the same thing at the same time will put a ripple in the pond.

That is why the Gather The Women web site is so popular. The ability to streamline communications and keep each other "in the loop" on issues of sustainable lifestyles, economic and political issues would launch an incredibly powerful movement - one that might become a prototype of sorts for measurable action around the State and United States.

I already have a list of names of Ridgway women leaders, business owners, and managers. Women lead the majority of businesses in Ridgway (YES!); this is also true, I believe, for Telluride and Ouray. I have access to contact information for most Western Slope towns. We could pretty easily request a list of community women leaders.

I think the more esoteric, metaphysical, "spiritual part" would naturally evolve as special foci sub-groups naturally find each other and form through the master list. Besides, regardless of political or faith preferences, we all share in common that feminine perspective of looking at things - to varying degrees.

There would also come from these lists natural "matches" of women - per task or relationship. Regardless, all would be better able to stay in touch with Western Slope "feminine thinking / women allies" if they all ended up with the master list.

It is exciting to see what would grow from doing something as seemingly simple as streamlining the communication routes!

The sheer numbers on the list are bound to be inspiring -Young women may feel more empowered and confident to get involved in careers of leadership. Our country and planet needs this! Female political leaders may also feel more confident about speaking up. There is strength in numbers; let’s see those numbers, let's put them out there on the table!

The Ancient Cosmic Science of Mayan

Fourth and concluding article following a series of three

By Ronald N. Quinn

Actually, it is doubtful that anyone in Mayan's day or since, has fully comprehended the vastness, the full meaning and value of this science; which encompasses cosmic wisdom. Mayan himself, has portrayed in his writings that it would be many millenniums before humankind would be ready and able to understand and utilize the full glory and power of this spiritual science.

The full comprehension of Mayan's science is the comprehension of Primal Source, itself, and the manifestation of creation at all levels of experiential reality. This includes both micro and macro worlds. This includes every quality of life, biology, and experience.

This comprehension allows us, humbly, and wisely, to produce and re-produce any and every universal quality, at will, as desired. This empowers us, individually to become a conscious creator, like unto the cosmic creator. Mayan was honored in his day as being such a creator.

In this kind of creation, everything created is purposeful and meaningful, and magnifies the quality, benefits, and enjoyment of life for all beings.

This article will complete this series. The use of the pyramid, octagon, circle, and other geometrical forms will be briefly explained, including their positive inclusion with a personal residence. Other principles will be concluded.
------------
The octagon, circle, and many other symmetrical forms are symbols of power and activity. They may also serve a purpose in time and space travel. For various reasons, they may be incorporated as extensions of a residence, outside the Mother Wall. They may have specific energy qualifications and add beauty to a structure. They also have a special place for certain spiritual structures, as well as many business applications: a theater or a shopping mall, for instance, where continual activity is emphasized.

A circular or octagonal form for the Mother Wall of a home, on the other hand, will promote continual activity and probably restlessness. This form will not promote restful sleep or provide the natural foundation for the primal birth and conception of creativity.

Be careful of using these principles without sufficient knowledge. The closer you come to terrestrial and celestial vibrational alignment within your building structure, the more powerful the potential of the enclosed energy becomes. A pyramid home (not an arbitrarily designed one) which is actually connected with terrestrial and celestial grid wave lengths will generate such intense energy that radiation burns may result (tissue/skin burns, from the inside-out), especially if one should spend excessive amounts of time in the sacred center of the structure. For this reason, a truly empowered pyramidal form is not used for a residence, unless an outlet is allowed at the peak for the release of excess energy.

The physical organism must be fully adjusted to a dramatic increase of natural, inner, nuclear energy radiation, or it can be injured or destroyed in the process.

Please take note: that when Mayan says, "A living architectural structure is a subtle 'micro universe' and a subtle 'macro atom';" he is not merely speaking figuratively. Such a structure actually radiates these qualities. The energy inherent within this structure matches that of the living cell, the vibrant atom, a planet, a human being, a star, or a galaxy.

This energy structure is minute, cosmic and universal, and mirrors the infinite potential of the universal power grid.

The nucleus of this vibrant structure must always be left unblocked so that the energy may flow unhindered. It will, literally, radiate pure creative energy vibrations from within its center, outwardly; much like the natural radiations from within the center of the living human form or from within the center of an atomic particle. These are basically electromagnetic vibrations and radiate on both subtle orsoul/spirit, and physical/biological levels.

Music is also electrical and magnetic. Every note radiates both light/color and geometrical qualities. Sacred Architecture is truly an expression of musical composition. Designing with this science brings forth the latent joy, enthusiasm and creativity from the heart, for those fully trained and dedicated. Its potential for expression is as variable and infinite as is musical composition; and when clearly understood is just as crucial, purposeful and powerful in its expressions of harmony or disharmony.

Every design, circular, six-sided, eight-sided, twelve-sided, etc. is still laid out in its original blueprint, by utilizing the precise, musical, modular foundation of the 8 X 8 X 8 or 9 X 9 X 9 luminescent cube. It is of vital importance that these individual modules be correctly divided, just as in music. An improperly divided or fragmented module is called a "mutilated note" in sacred architecture.

Note: there are mathematical modular formulas other than the 8 X 8 X 8 and 9 X 9 X 9. These should only be utilized when correctly understood.

Every geometrical form is uniquely purposeful and should be used with positive intent and full understanding of the purposes and qualities of the proposed, living form. Mayan says that a temple structure is the veritable form of God and a residence the living form of a Human being. Every living structure contains all of the marmas or vital energy points, chakras and electrical life potential of the human form, of the spirit and of the soul.

A vibrationally "dead" structure is one which is not vibrationally connected and aligned with the biological, terrestrial, and celestial power grid systems. The universal principle of life is generated through grammatical and musical harmony and continues to exist through the multi-frequency, inter-connectedness of LIFE. A vibrationally "dead structure" has just that effect upon its inhabitants, environment, etc.: the vibrational effect of death.

Most building designs, today, literally "take the name of God (Creator), in vain", and human beings and the planetary environment suffer accordingly.

Do you remember that earlier I said that Pulse is the primal or first cause and all pervading energy of universal manifestation? In Mayan's science this cosmic pulse, like the heartbeat of universal life, is the primary ingredient in all divine and subsequently, human creativity. Thus, cosmic timing is also a primary ingredient in the conception and birth of a new building structure. These creative pulses also relate to specific terrestrial, galactic and universal light rays; and to minor and major galactic cycles of undulating energy waves.

In addition, each new building or creation is consciously conceived, celebrated and honored as though it were a new infant, or eternal spirit, itself, thus born and welcomed into physical life with love and honor.

There is much, much more to be considered in this great science. Special attention is paid to the qualities of Gaia's magnetic grid in each location. Earth is highly honored in every step of planning and construction; as is, indeed, every life form.

Integral to sacred architecture are these considerations: 1. Pulse or cosmic timing; 2. Specific geometrical form;
3. Mathematical dimensioning; 4. Symmetry and beauty; 5. Alignment with the terrestrial and cosmic grids; 6. Chakras and energy points intact, and each part in harmony with and mirroring the whole structure; 7. Adequately and effectively serving the purpose for which it is conceived; 8. Serving as a symbiotic vehicle for spirit, soul and body. Providing restful ambience, and quiescent, dynamic potential. This is the effect of the luminescent, musical cube; 9. Alignment with the personal vibrational energies of the relevant human residents; 10. The heart or nucleus of the house or other building structure must be maintained and kept clear in its integrity. No walls or beams, etc. shall incorrectly block this sacred center. Dr. Ganapati Sthapati's vast experience reveals that when the house structure is blocked in its heart qualities, this becomes a primary cause of broken hearts; difficult, quarrelsome and broken relationships; unexplainable anger, depression, and distress, etc. This heart connection within the home especially strikes at the "heart" of the woman of the house. I know of some fascinating true stories, minor "miracles", in this connection, that have been experienced when the heart of the house has been revived or re-created. I have related a few of these in the pages of my forthcoming book, THE PHYSICS OF LOVE, (scheduled to be completed in 2003).

Planetary stewardship requires an holistic view and interaction with all aspects of life. Architecture, including both urban and rural planning plays a central role because of its major impact on both human and terrestrial environments.

God is Love and Physics. The Science of Creation is the "Physics of Love." Man, Earth and Stars, alike, shall vibrate in Musical Harmony. The science of Vaastu-- is like an ocean: To plunge in and swim is the only way to explore and comprehend its cosmic depths.

All manifestation of Spirit is spontaneous, orderly, rhythmic, pleasing to behold, and in harmony with itself. As humankind learns to merge his/her own creations with spirit, all of the qualities of spirit will be naturally, and wonderfully attained and experienced.

The secret of re-creating heaven on earth through built environments lies within the comprehension of the secrets of natural creation all around us and within our own bodies, minds, emotions, and souls. The manifestation of God is the physics of love. The clear comprehension of the mathematics of resonant harmony allows cosmic manifestation principles to be re-created in all levels on earth.

Julia Marie Gillett/Craniosacral Therapy

Whole Life Network Release

“Imagine the moment in time just before you were conceived. It’s as if a blueprint was laid out on a drawing board detailing exactly how you were going to develop, which, of course, you did. Over time, innumerable life experiences have occurred and now the original draft of you has possibly become obscured. Craniosacral Therapy assists you in making contact with your original blueprint, helping your system to remember what it looked like way back there on the drawing board. This way of remembering the original you allows everything that is not really you to simply drop away of it’s own accord.” This is the essence of Craniosacral Therapy as described by Julia Marie Gillett, a practitioner of this gentle healing art.

Julia Marie said people are under even more stress than usual due to the current world situation: “Our ability to impact foreign relations is limited but our ability to bring ourselves into balance is quite vast.”

A Craniosacral Therapy session with Julia Marie begins with looking for what is right with you instead of what is wrong with you and that alone seems to provide a sense of safety, along with an invitation to the body to give up some of it’s long held tension. In her skilled hands you are apt to experience long forgotten parts of yourself, as if hidden pieces of your life’s puzzle suddenly reappear and fall into place. The word complete comes to mind.

Since some of us need a little assistance in finding balance during times like these, Julia Marie has decided to bring Craniosacral Therapy to the people of the Uncompahgre Valley. She recently opened an office in Montrose at 307 East Main Street. Because the need for healing is so great right now she is offering her services to Whole Life Network members on a donation basis until May 30, 2003. Her usual fee is $55 per hour, so, members, don’t miss this opportunity.

Julia Marie may be contacted at 970-318-0074 to schedule appointments.

[Julia Marie will be part of the Grand Opening celebration which includes the Whole Life Network Saturday, April 12 from 1-4 p.m. at 307 E. Main St., Montrose.]
